Eden Sinclair - Chef

Edinburgh born Eden has cooked in some o the capital's top eateries, notably James Thompson's The Tower and The Gallery on the Mound.  Eden moved to the Angus area in 2011 to run the Drovers Inn, Memus, where he built a well established reputation, earning their AA rosette in 2012.  Eden is also in high demand as a private chef and has recently established Sinclair's Catering Ltd, offering fine dining and exclusive catering for private client's and venues throughout Angus and Scotland.  His most latest venture has been the starting up of Sinclair's Larder, a café and bistro in the heart of Edzell, serving fresh, seasonal dishes using local produce, coffee and traditional home baking.

Jordan Sinclair - Chef

Jordan took on his first Head Chef role at the popular Edinburgh city centre restaurant, The Apartment, at the age of just 23, followed by the Mussel and Steak Restaurant. Jordan is now head chef for Sinclair's Catering Ltd, a family business, providing private chef and catering services to private and corporate clients and venues throughout Angus and Scotland.
